We kindly ask you to leave your anywell session 5 minutes before it ends and in this way enable the staff at the location to prepare the workspace for the next anywell Member.
When you arrive at the location you can show the host the screen with your name by pressing the red dot under your current booking in the anywell App to identify yourself.
When booking for yourself and other people simply add the number of people to your booking.
If you have access to team credit and you’re booking a session with a colleague you can charge the booking to your team credit.
After you’ve signed up for anywell and signed the anywell partner contract, you will receive a welcome email from anywell detailing the next steps.
You will meet our Customer Success team shortly after signing. They will advise you on how your employees can benefit most from using anywell and what employee data we need so we can start onboarding your anywell Members.
We invite you to consider how much time per week your employees spend working remotely and give them an opportunity to work with anywell at least one day per week. By providing them with a weekly credit of hours, they can use it in the way that best fits their needs.
After you’ve signed up for anywell and signed the anywell partner contract, you will receive a welcome email from anywell detailing the next steps, accompanied by a form we’ll ask you to complete with information on your organization.
All our Hosts go through an initial anywell training session where we give you an overview of the anywell experience (for Hosts and Members) and show you how to make the most of being part of our service providers.
To deliver a consistent and exceptional anywell experience to all our Members, Hosts should follow our standards, defined in the anywell Service Guide.
