What if I arrive late or don't show up?

If you’re late to your booking, the policy differs depending on the anywell location: locations that serve food will hold your booking for 15 minutes; locations that don’t serve food the Host will hold your booking for 45 minutes, before making it available to other guests. 

When you’re running late please contact the Host, whose contact is provided in the booking under the Bookings tab. 

If you do not show up after the allotted time period, your booking will be treated as cancelled, and fees may apply.
