Should I expect cancellation fees when cancelling a booking?

We acknowledge that work events change frequently and strive to be accommodating to both our Members and Hosts. We operate on a 3-strike cancellation policy that resets on a monthly basis. 


You can cancel a booking twice and no credits will be deducted from your weekly budget.


On your third cancellation, however, 1 or 2 credits will be deducted from your weekly budget. It will be 1 credit if you cancel a booking up to two hours before at a food-driven location, or 2 credits if you cancel a booking up to two business days before at a workspace-only location.
