Can I decline or cancel a booking made by an anywell Member?

To cancel a booking, you can reply to the booking confirmation email, or call anywell Support at 052 566 5614. 

We always strive to be fair and courteous to our Members and Hosts. With that in mind, we operate on a 3-strike cancellation policy that resets on a monthly basis. 


You can cancel a booking once per month without incurring any fees. 


Depending on the cancellation policy for your location and the time of the cancellation you will be charged a flat fee, as defined in your partner contract.
