anywell is a service that is tailored to employee needs related to wellbeing and a shorter commute. anywell allows employees to work outside of their homes during their hybrid or remote days at plush locations near their home. Employees book work sessions using the anywell mobile app while selecting locations with great wifi, noisy or quiet environments, public or private, for various work needs such as solo work, in-person meetings, and video calls. Employees are served with food and beverage and enjoy business-class service. We are well-funded, employ 30 people, and our product has launched in New York, New Jersey, and Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, welcoming, and onboarding new employees, as well as managing employee records and relations, and touch virtually every employee with what they do. We are looking for someone with passion, knowledge, and some experience in remote work and hybrid work arrangements as we are an all-remote company.

Find them

As a successful HRBP you will source candidates from agencies, LinkedIn, and existing employee networks to enhance the number of candidates in each stage of the hiring funnel. You will work with Greenhouse and ensure our candidate experience is optimal and keep us honest about our part in the process. At the moment we are hiring people in the US and in Israel and we are expecting significant headcount growth. We estimate that this responsibility area will take about 70% of your time.

Grow them

You will manage employee relations and related programs, advise and set employee performance reviews, help with employee compensation, benefits, and training, and keep up-to-date employee records. We estimate that this responsibility area will take about 20% of your time.

Keep them

You will be measured on employee retention rates and will take ownership of our employee experience while working closely with the founders. You will work with people managers on identifying and  meeting employee career goals, advise on performance management issues and lead minor investigations and reorganizations, identify opportunities to improve HR policies by connecting the dots across multiple experiences of employees and managers, and establish an anywell graduation/alumni network. We estimate that this responsibility area will take about 10% of your time.
