Business operations specialist


anywell is a service that is tailored to employee needs related to wellbeing and a shorter commute. anywell allows employees to work outside of their homes during their hybrid or remote days at plush locations near their home. Employees book work sessions using the anywell mobile app while selecting locations with great wifi, noisy or quiet environments, public or private, for various work needs such as solo work, in-person meetings, and video calls. Employees are served with food and beverage and enjoy business-class service. We are well-funded, employ 30 people, and our product has launched in New York, New Jersey, and Tel Aviv.

As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping the company grow. You will work very closely with the Head of Sales (currently, our CEO) and others in the organization to help establish and implement processes to optimize and grow efficiency using automated tools and data. You will be responsible for organizing processes to enable anywell’s commercial team to focus on closing new business. We are looking for a candidate with a proven experience as a Sales Operations practitioner, supporting business and sales teams by assisting them throughout the sales process. You must be passionate about building and scaling a sales, business, and commercial operation from scratch and feel very comfortable with numbers and systems.

About the role

  • Manage business related projects end-to-end, from the initiation and evaluation stages to the execution and roll-out stages
  • Work cross-functionally with client facing, marketing & tech teams to optimize team results and to define and implement the requirements and workflows that support CRM and BI management of our product and services
  • Help build the systems, reports and processes to measure metrics and KPIs
  • Develop strong partnerships with functional leaders to drive focus on business objectives.
  • Be a trusted partner for executive management to ensure program success
  • Conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, business insights and reports
  • Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives, and internal resources in order to assist internal teams in accomplishing company goals
  • Research potential business solutions using various resources including but not limited to Hubspot, Data Studio, Google Analytics and Mixpanel


  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science
  • Experienced with configuration and administration of Hubspot and Data Studio
  • 2+ years of successful Sales/Partners/Business operations / Salesforce Project Management experience
  • SQL knowledge - an advantage
  • Previous experience in a SAAS company - an advantage
  • Previous experience with CRM platforms - an advantage
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skill set to effectively collaborate with various divisions in the organization
  • Strong quantitative capabilities with passion for numbers and analytics
  • Curious, independent, rigorous and proactive kind of a person
  • Great communicator and can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally in English
